American Web Loan is in receipt of the review filed by Timothy Combs regarding the deposit of the loan proceeds. Upon receipt of the review, American Web Loan completed a thorough review of the account. The records reflect that the loan proceeds were successfully issued via same day wire transfer on September 17, 2020. Please note that the receiving financial institution may have their own timeframe for crediting the funds to the bank account. American Web Loan attempted to contact Mr. Combs directly regarding his concerns, but was not successful. No, this is not a payday loan. AWL’s loans are installment loans with payments spread out over 6, 9 or 12 months. Installment loans have fixed payment amounts and number of payments. Payday loans, however, must be paid at one time in full on your next pay date.

Requests for rescissions must be received by 5:00 PM CST by the second business day after the loan agreement date. If it’s after this time, you can pay the loan in full and only accrue interest for the days you had the loan.

The pay frequency depends on when you get paid. The pay frequency options are monthly, semi-monthly, bi-weekly, and weekly.

The interest rate is different for every loan. We are unable to process payments on weekends or holidays, so if you experienced this situation, it is because your payment date fell on a weekend or holiday. If this happens, your payment will be drafted one business day earlier (as stated in your loan agreement.)
